I would like to get some input on the new program United is offering called Ameniti. I was not able to find any detailed information and was wondering if it is worth the $295.

Recently, I sent a couple of letters (Mileage Plus and Customer Service) regarding my mileage credit and United's handling of my account in general. Its been a month and I havent heard a single thing. Any ideas on how to make anyone listen to my concerns/issues.
