During this process, many of the sections went through a number of iterations or a number of different possibilities were discussed and discarded as not gaining enough support from the TB members before this final draft was arrived at. As such, if you make a suggestion for change/improvement, be aware that we may have already discussed and discarded that suggestion during our own internal review process. Any new suggestions will also have to pass the basic test of having a simple majority of TB in favor of them.
