Most non-vacation US transborder routes on;y have TANGO+ fares even as the lowest tier of fare class, and so in this regard will qualify for both SMs and segments. International Tourist fares may include a domestic segment(s) that does not qualify for SMs or segment credit, though the international segment(s) will.
