I agree. I find alot of crew ex Oz have a condescending attitude I would extend this to check in agents as well. I much prefer the service on BA.
Totally agree, it is the attitude problem that makes the whole experience a let down.
I also observed that the J Service on QF domestic are generally better than international J. I fidn the crew to be more proactive and less "laid back"
