I have to admit, the EK website is the most "dumb" website I have come across. Incredibly hard to find things:

1. Do they not want people to contact them to compliment on their services? Searches lead me to some vague FAQs.

2. Try searching for excess baggage fees, even that is hard to find.

So EK fans could you please point me to the above two topics?
