Considering the suggestions for Canada, perhaps you could charter a crewed (sail)boat in western Canada around Prince Rupert or somewhere along the Inside Passage, with flights in and out of Vancouver with a very picturesque float-plane flights heading north. Perhaps life-changing, even, given the spectacular scenary and completely laid-back schedule.

I just spent about five weeks sailing from Juneau to Seattle, and it certainly was borderline life-changing, besides the fact that I had 9 hours of sleep every single day. We sailed with dolphins on our bow, an orca whale and her calf swam right up to our boat, a family of humpback whales once spent a few hours swimming/feeding (and jumping) all around us, and we were often the only boat in the beautiful harbours at night. Also ate all our own catches (mostly crab, salmon and halibut). And sailing is so much more interesting than a loud, vibrating motor boat (and immensely less obnoxious!) even if it gets a little hairy at moments (you hope the confidence of the boat will always exceed the stupidity of the humans).

Probably could not go far with only 4/5 days, but if you could extend it a few days, it should be fun. Certainly very relaxing, indeed. If you are into fishing, there are some very luxurious fishing resorts/spas along the coast, especially near treacherous Dent Rapids (which almost killed us).
