It is certainly doable, also on weekdays. There are no terminals in CDG that are "closer" to eachother.
Best time I did was 35 minutes (Sunday), worst time about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I've been out of the plane (2E) and through security at 2F in less than 20 min.
