They do if you are leaving from a remote stand. We were taken in a limo to our MUC-CDG flight when we connected from SFO. I don't know what they do if you are going on a flight leaving from the terminal, but my guess is that they at least escort you to the gate.
Edited to add: they will also pick you up in a limo and drive you to the lounge if your connecting flight arrives at a remote stand at MUC.
