I decided yesterday to burn some skymiles that aren't doing me a bit of good, so I sprung for a CRC membership for my SO and me. I had to fax in my application, and today I see the miles have been deducted from my account, and it shows I am a Crown Room Club Member when I log in.

The application I faxed states I can pick up a temporary membership card at any CRC and the real thing will arrive in a few weeks. I'm flying NW next week, though, connecting through hubs where there are no CRCs, and I'd like to use the NW clubs. SMS couldn't help me with a temporary card--they said "just tell NW to call us to verify you're a member". I'd like to be sure I can use the club because I have a couple of hours to kill in MEM next Friday.

Any suggestions?
