Why penalize your best customers? This is a business, and so is my decision as to where I spend my airline dollars! This one rates right up there with zero EQP's when you purchase a ticket anywhere except CO.com.
Bunches of folks on this board with defend this decision, but I can assure you that the masses of flyers that don't even know this site exists are also disappointed.
It's not too late to reverse this horrible decision and give Plats our well-deserved 125% bonus!!!!
As I sit at the IAH PC and read this doing a MR to ensure Plat status next year, I have the same question, just go for gold. Actually, I think it does'nt matter what airline you fly because in the end they will all be the same. CO had a great product that standed out but now they are like every other airline and being faithful doesn't matter.
