Let me be more specific. I am not happy about any of this. In this particular case, the change is not huge and it matches what other airlines have done. Do I like the change? Absolutely not. Do I think CO should implement this? Absolutely not. It's just another thing that is starting to make them them just one of the crowd. Matching your competitors when they lower standards is a lose-lose proposition.
