Along the same lines, why can't you buy any of the pre-paid on-board Y "meal combos" on the flight passes?

I suspect the inability to sell a MLL pass, or a pre-paid meal on the flight passes is more of a function of piss-poor IT implementation at the website level, than a management decision to restrict the sale of those items to non-pass customers.
