Is it me or am I alone here, I have spent two weeks trying to contact Cathay regarding some genuine problems I need addressing. Not on reply to emails faxes or promises of a return phone call. How can this airline claim to be one fo the best in the world yet they seem to run a business where they simply dont allow customers to talk to them. It seems to me they are worse than Ryanair. If anyone can convince me they are more worthy than Ryanair please let me have you advise. Yesterday I arranged to 5 of the directors of CX to be delivered a copy of my letter at the HQ in HKG and still no contact.

While I am at it, the moderator of this forum does not even reply either !!
