I haven't stayed at the Hyatt Regency DFW, but the Grand Hyatt is great! If you want to venture out of the airport area in the evening, parking is free there (grand hyatt will validate your parking). If you decide to just stay in the area, you can check into the hotel and whenever you want to shop or eat, all you have to do is ask them at the front desk and they will get TSA security to fill papers out which basically let you through security without a boarding pass.
