Who needs a shuttle? Travelers debouch from the Grand Hyatt into Terminal D, go through security and board the airport's rail system to Terminal E for DL. From the Regency, I haven't ventured in awhile, but I'm sure the hotel has crafted an entrance into the nearest Terminal, there to undergo the tender ministrations of white-shirted bureaucratofficialdom on the way to the elevated scenic rail link (which at that time of morning will reveal little scenery and none of the strange a/c and markings which in long ago decades folks used to go the Love field to watch.
As much as you have to pay for rooms at the Grand, they'll probably put you in the van and drive you around to E, but at Dark:30AM, I always worry about the driver oversleeping and not making it to work on time....
