Power plugs on A330 in F class?

I read in another thread that the power plugs on board the A330 are somewhat "unique" and that some laptops, like the Mac, cannot be connected. Which makes me worry, because not being able to connect a Mac - which I assume has a standard electrical plug - means that I can't connect my Lenovo either.

I know that I connect my laptop on the A340 in F, but I've only taken the A330 on flights where I basically went to sleep straight away, so no idea. But the A330 has the same seat as the A340, no?

So, I am confused. Can someone shed some light on the situation?

Thanks
