I bought a Renaissance bed from Shop Marriott.com. It is TERRIBLE and in now way as comfortable as the nicer Marriott beds. The service from Shop Marriott is appalling.

Stay away, consider yourself lucky for not having purchased the bed.

By the way, I've been a Gold Elite member with Marriott for 3 years running.
