I agree that the London based crew offer a better service. I was flying home from LHR IN Y+ and the London crew from LHR to SIN were significantly better than that of the Australian crew from SIN-SYD.

Sadly after sticking up for QF over a long period of time my last few international flights with QF have been a big disappointment. From Time delays to Cleanliness of the Cabin to the Service. QF must lift their game and the cabin crew have a big part to play in this.
