Yes, USTA means US Tennis Association. I don't know if the mag is for sale to the public. I just joined so I could play summer league and this was my first issue. Perhaps we'll see FT's haunting tennis clubs and searching the magazine racks.

I'll ask the guys if anyone has an extra copy. If the coupons are any good my family will happily accept mine.
