I know we've all seen how on the 763, the galley is pretty much filled to capacity in order to serve a full cabin the standard dinner + hot breakfast.
The 752 galley is much smaller. Is AA going to reconfigure the galleys to allow more space? I would hate to be the poor galley FA (who gets paid extra, so is usually the most senior) trying to prep all of those service elements.
Or will the J service be downgraded since the equipment will be used on secondary routes?
I don't know exactly how the galleys on CO's 752s compare with those on AA's 752s, but I can assure you CO provides full international business class catering on their flights. Lunch/Dinner in CO BusinessFirst is arguably more robust than even AA's 2-class J, and they manage fine. Including the second meal (Bfast on eastbound, Hot snack on westbound). Unless AA's galleys are more space-constrained, it shouldn't be an issue.
