I live in Delhi and use D.Vaish as well.
They're in the outer circle, just to the left of the old Cinema Hall (Regency I think it's called).
INR700 all inc is a good price for a nice linen taylored shirt.
I normally try to ensure they don't do a rush-job, so get it made over 4 or 5 days. Normally go back after 2 days for the first fitting, and then back again after another two days to collect.
If you have a favourite shirt with a great fitting or nice style, you can take it in with you and get it made in a different fabric.
