I am glad that your son is ok.
I understand that after nearly a month this has been a tiring ordeal for you and your family and it is my sincere objective to make this situation more than right.
I am putting an additional 150,000 points into your Marriott rewards account today which is enough points for a 7 night stay at a category 7 hotel.
Even though this does not change the experience you had with us, will this resolve the compensation issue for you?
