I'm confused as to which exact one you're referring to, since the I'm familiar with has (1 blk/Disneyland) in its name (as its always shown on Priority Club's website). That's the one 1240 South Walnut Street.
I've stayed at it many times, though never for Disneyland (just for an affordable points-earning hotel in that part of Orange County). They often upgrade me to a suite as a Plat, in fact they upgraded me to what I'd call a
two bedroom suite last week (I had booked a non-suite chepeat room on the AAA rate!). They claim to be the closest hotel to Disneyland, but I'm not sure whether that's closest to a Disneyland entrance or only closest to a wall enclosing Disneyland.

Disneyland is huge.
Despite the proximity to DIsneyland, the parking is free, the wireless is free. I've never had breakfast in the restaurant (that's not free, not even for Plats), but I've had dinner there and found it to be just ok, so I understand why they have to keep handing me coupons upon check-in for huge (last time 30% I think, but once before 40% off) discounts on dinner there. In a suite you'll presumably be better off making your own meals or going offsite for them.
It's spread out over 5 buildings, and last week parts of the parking lot were closed off for repaving (not sure when that ends). But it's not that far from any building to the main building (where the lobby and the restaurant is), tho not convenient to roll lots of luggage from the lobby to outer buildings.
The TV has major local channels but none of the PBS stations, only the main HBO channel, USA, TBS, TNT, Disney, several news and sports channels.
Just like in many Anaheim hotels (not even ones as close to Disneyland), you definitely hear the Disneyland fireworks (9ish pm many nights) loud and clear in your room. So don't stay
anywhere near Disneyland if you want to get to sleep around that time!
