I believe ozzie's post is based on personal experience. Also, there are quite a few anecdotal posts on this forum and others indicating a generally better level of service from the London based aircrew when travelling on Qantas to/from London than on other Qantas routes.

It's in relation to this that QF31/QF32 has been marked as one to avoid as these are the ones generally crewed by Oz Based staff.
