Just noticed several missing aircraft types:

777
762
764 (both versions)

Yes, these are mostly international aircraft, but they do occasionally show up on a domestic flight, especially on IAH-EWR. The 762 has been scheduled on IAH-EWR at various times throughout this year, and it's going back onto the schedule for certain days of the week this fall. Also, the 764 operates an EUA-eligible route between GUM and NRT.

Last suggestion — the form doesn't let you distinguish NW-operated flights. Are we going to include these or not?
