SJC DFW BOS, barring hurricanes:

I'm departing BOS at 10:15 on Wednesday, 10/1, from Brookline Village. I will have a suitcase to check, and I usually like to wait in line to do that. If I want to be at the airport by 8:45, what time should I call the taxi for?

Recommendations for a particular taxi company or shuttle service?

I'm arriving from DFW, at 5:50 PM on the prior Wednesday. From prior postings, it sounds like just waiting in the taxi line is OK, and that I'll be at Harvard Square by around 7 PM. Does that sound right?
