HI All,

I have been flying with KLM for the past 6 years, I managed so far 51000 miles, everytime I try to book an award flight, you are all right in that the fuel surcharges, which forms part of the taxes are way too much!

THey then went on to say the award miles now have an expiry date! Unheard of in the time I've been a member!

I wonder how they can attract new members to be loyal, they do have good 50% web saver fares in the summer but thats it,

I even tried booking flight in Northwest airlines and they tried to decide the days and times where I can fly domestic.

I am now resigned to the fact that I will just try other airlines ie Emirates, Virgin Atlantic etc as Flying Blue seems to be sliding downhill,
