I equate using a CC to make an overseas call the same as exchanging my $$$ before I leave the US, either way its $$$ down the drain.

When Overseas I use the Verizion Intl Calling Card, be careful using it from the US, do NOT call a cell phone # Overseas it will cost dearly but still under $2 a min.

Best place to get these are at your local Costco, its $30 and the amount of mins varies as its a different amount from each Country. Just amke sure you have the Toll free # to use from each Country you plan to use it from.

Not all Countries are listed, so I call up the 800# befoer I go and ask what the Toll Free #s are from the countries I will be in in case I need to place a call.

Using it in the US will incur a pay phone surcharge , not when Overseas.
