Apologies, if this is a dumb question - If I sign up for the Emerald program, may I get credit for international Europcar rentals? To what extent are programs / discount codes on these two companies interchangeable.

Also, where I can get some juicy discount codes (e.g. corporate CDPs) for non-US rentals with Europcar?
