Thanks everybody for your suggestions/comments. I was able to get in touch with a fabulous manager (in SEA of course

) who was able to get me what I needed.

The main point I was trying to make is that they definitely need more res agents which I understand they are on a major hiring blitz right now. Again, thanks for everybody's responses.
