Very true, KathyWdrf. A referral is usually the best way to go. And I know here in SF we have many agencies in the Sunday Examiner that specialize in RTW travel. I would imagine Seattle has the same. There are also many contributors to FT in the SEA area that may be able to help. You're also right on many, many of the UA res people and how good they are. I find it's a little hit and miss on nights and weekends, though. Seems the senior agents with all the knowledge have the decent shifts during "normal" business hours.
