To be fair to them (am I insane!!) the yellow shirted ones who man it absolutely hate doing that job - apparently they get lots of abuse from passengers but are only doing what their bosses have instructed them to do. And it has to be said that a few of their bosses are really awful.

Talking of Simply Food - that one must be raking it in from all the money spent by BA staff. Our rest room is awash with M&S ready meals - don't know how we lived without it.
