I suggest you either fly another carrier on this route, or do an open-jaw HKG-SFO and buy the SIN-HKG as a seperate paid F ticket as SQ will not provide you with full F service when you are on an award ticket. You won't be getting access to The Private Room.

For the OP, and just to back up what other people have said, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REVENUE AND REWARD TICKET ON SQ IN F. (Apart from the Private Room).
