When I used to book family members with my account, they would to get elite access. I noticed a few days ago on my dads ticket, that was no longer the case. It may have been with all the Aug 17 changes????? My dad only had one bag so I wasn't worried about the bag fee; I went to the gate with him (P Club pass) and my mom (elite) met us and flew with him so he didn't miss out on any elite benefits but there was a change and it does appear it was when all the other changes were made. It was nice while it lasted.
