Did you say, truthfully or not, that you inadvertently booked in the wrong name? Or did you just ask for a name change without any other additional information? I assume the former.

Yes -- just told them I'd clicked on the wrong name in the pull down menu, had to check in with a GA, but didn't get the SSSS treatment.
