when ever I asked they made it a pt to say the others were included if we were all traveling together on 1 PNR. I took that to mean I was also traveling and that it was my PNR. So even if I made the res being logged in or was giving them my miles, if I wasnt flying then they would be entitled to Nothing.

OP if you purchased a coach tkt for them being logged in would you expect if youre a Plat that the EUA would run and Upgrade them at the 5 day window? After all it was your acct where the tkt was purchased.

Or if the free tkts were in Y should they be allowed to use the Elite access for security or the Blue Carpet to board at any time, after all the miles came out of an Elites acct? If its an Intl flight shouldnt they be allowed PC access since a Plat gets that.

My pt is all the benefits that are extended to a Plat are for the Plat member and those who maybe traveling with them. If the Plat member isnt traveling then Id expect those traveling to be handled simply like reg Joes/Janes

I wouldnt fight the fight over the excess bag fee.Unless you have something in writing telling you they will be exempt from the $25 fee w/o you flying. saying this is what you were told, not only is it he said/she said. But its too easy for you to not have heard that they did say if You were flying too, or misunderstood you believeing that you were in fact traveling with them.
