Is there any way of preventing this kind of behavior in the future, such as by putting the lady on a "no-upgrade" list or the like? Nobody should have to deal with this kind of abuse, whether the person is in coach or FC. I don't need compensation from US, but I'd want to prevent the mother from acting like she did again.
