To add to the problem, the mother yelled at another passenger, "You're ignorant!" after the other passenger politely had turned around and politely asked that the noise be lower. Then when I got off the plane, the mother cursed something at some other passengers.

Is there any way of preventing this kind of behavior in the future, such as by putting the lady on a "no-upgrade" list or the like? Nobody should have to deal with this kind of abuse, whether the person is in coach or FC. I don't need compensation from US, but I'd want to prevent the mother from acting like she did again.

Thanks.
She sounds like a real delight!! The baby probably was picking up on the mom being a *(#*(#$* and was acting accordingly. Unfortunately I doubt there is such thing as a no-upgrade list but it sure would be nice. Too bad there couldn't be "this person needs to only travel by greyhound" list.

Also, did anybody say anything to the FA?
