Experience all that I should with SQ F

I have been trying to make this dream trip of mine for the better part of the last 5 years but due to various schedule conflicts and non availability of award seats it hasn't happened - until now.

I finally have an award booked and ticketed on SQ (since last Dec for mid September this year) using DL miles on the following itinerary

LAX - SIN (via NRT) 747-400
Seat: 2A (4F not available)
Meal Suggestions:
LAX-NRT - Lunch: Ginger beef and fried rice
LAX-NRT - Light Meal: Lemon-herb grilled chicken on sourdough roll with salad
NRT-SIN - Dinner: Beef Sukiyaki with steamed rice (Thanks stargold)
SIN - BOM 777-300 ER
Singapore T2
Seat: 1A
Meal Suggestion:
SIN-BOM - Stock Meal - as per Savage25
BOM - SIN 777-300 (non ER )
Seat: 1A
Meal Suggestion:
BOM-SIN - Stock Meal. No BTC.
SIN - SFO (via HKG) 747-400
Singapore T3
Seat: 4F
Meal Suggestion:
SIN-HKG - Roast rack of lamb with mint jus, mesclun salad, and thyme-flavoured gratin potatoes (Thanks stargold and WLGNZ)
HKG-SFO - Portuguese-style beef curry with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and steamed rice (Thanks Savage25)
(staying in SIN both ways)

Given that I am not much of a flyer anymore - I don't see myself doing this kind of a trip anytime soon again - so I would really like to enjoy all the things I can in the air and on the ground! This is going to be as much about the journey as the destinations

From the various Trip reports and the like here is what I know I should definitely do so far...
  1. Do Blind Taste Test of the Champagne (Thank you More Champagne Sir? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=809524)
  2. See if by some freakish accident I get an invite to TPR in T3.
  3. BTC for all meals - Question - How many meals would I get and recommendations from you folks - (I unfortunately don't do seafood. So things like the Lobster Thermidor are out )
  4. What lounges can I and should I hit?

I get to LAX the night before my flight - so on the day of the flight I have plenty of time. But I hear that LAX has nothing but the *A lounge which is not much speak of.

As you can see I don't know of what else to think of other than of course enjoy the renowned comfort and service.
