My Example:

Summer 1992 US Air SFO-SAN ~ 530PM Depart- First Class

Preflight beverages offered, including sparkling wine. Can't remember what all of the meal selections were, but I chose beef/filet mignon. It was served with a salad and a small slice of cake. Several rounds of drink refills offered afterwards.
