It really depends what your mothers problem are.I am someone with mobility problems and have found an aisle seat in PE to be easier to navigate than seats in UC. I have found the fixed ottoman to be a real problem to get round particularly after a long flight.This is particularly so if you need to transfer to a wheelchair
