many thanks for the replies guys, she has MS and finds it difficult to walk - especially long distances so things like the airport will be difficult for her.
She struggles on stairs so yes i think the UD will be hard work for her as the steps are quite steep (it theyre the same as BA 747s)
It really depends what your mothers problem are.I am someone with mobility problems and have found an aisle seat in PE to be easier to navigate than seats in UC. I have found the fixed ottoman to be a real problem to get round particularly after a long flight.This is particularly so if you need to transfer to a wheelchair
