Terrible
I am staying in room 1520 right now. It is supposed to be a Spectacular room, and an upgrade since I am Plat. Status (which they acknowledged when I checked in).
The furniture is gouged and beaten. The walls are blank (nothing hanging on them). The room is tiny, I'd hate to see what a regular room is. There are no snacks in the honor bar (just drinks).
This is by far the worst W room I have ever stayed in in any city. A lousy job, especially considering the hotel seems empty and they probably could have given me a real upgrade.
I have stayed at the Lake shore W several times in the past, and it is much, much better.
