Until the average airline employee has a good working environment and is fairly paid for the work they do, there will never be a “customer first attitude” no matter what uniform they are wearing. Until then, most will give the absolute minimum and their customer’s will never feel totally welcome aboard!
I agree but that will never happen as long as Unions and the entirely counter productive concept of seniority is dominating the airline biz.
