Another vote for the Mirage 2-bedroom Penthouse or Tower suite. They can often be had for very reasonable rates.

The one issue is that the second bedroom is a regular room with a regular bathroom (i.e., no separate shower). The master bedroom has a humongous bathroom. But both obviously get the benefit of the large living room/dining area.
