actually, as far as I have discerned it, 1k&1p are usually handled in the same res centers. (dtw, den, hnl) 2p calls don't seem to go to these call centers as often. Calling late at nite it is predictable I'll get one of those. Though CHIRR handles the international 1k calls I think at night.

And, yes, the agent most likely just answers all calls the same way.
