Without notice, all my upcoming weekend HLE reservations have been changed from returning 5:00pm Sunday (after hours, location closed) to 7:00am Monday (when they open).

Likewise, if I try to book a new reservation to return 5:00 Sunday they change the time to 7:00am Monday, again with no message or other notification.

I've long known that corporate policy for after hours drops is that return time will be opening time the next day. But my local HLEs have always been willing to check me in on Sunday, thus avoiding an extra day charge for rentals beginning Friday afternoon.

These things bug me:

1) Currently booked reservations being changed without any notice

2) New reservation times being modified without a message.

3) Will this systems change curtail the HLE's ability to check me in on Sunday nights?

My plan for this weekend is to not ask questions and bring fudge. They love Mrs. Rut Dog's fudge at my HLE.
