Depends on your definition of class. As some have pointed out, UA's E+ is simply economy with more leg room. I would think that a spearate class implies a separate cabin. Eva has a true 4-class arrangement, including separate cabins and different meal service for their premium economy service (called economy deluxe). On Eva, ANA, and BA, the premium economy service has expanded seat width as well as pitch - UA only increases pitch.
