1. How can you tell whether there are empty seats in F? It tells you how many in F have checked in and how many haven't but it doesn't tell you whether there are empty seats that could be assigned at the gate. I guess if you knew how many seats there were on that particular aircraft you could infer it but it would be nice to show it on the screen.
2. Does your upgrade rank show before you check in?
3. What is available on the mobile.nwa.com site and what does it look like?
Stripe- Hopefully this answers your questions:
1) Seat information:
Checked-in = seats already claimed on flight
Not Checked-in = seats not claimed (includes seats that are not reserved and also seats that are sold but not checked in/claimed)
2) If you are not checked in you will still be able to see the list. However, rather than seeing your place on the list you will see: "On Upgrade/Standby list, not checked-in". A check-in button is provided and once you have verified you can return to the list to see your upgrade or standby status.
3) The mobile upgrade/standby list includes the same information that is available on the web version.
