That's the most I've seen too, at least for a given aircraft. Depending on distance, you could have domestic first class, international first class, business class, regional business class, etc.. But coach is always coach.

The other airlines that I know that have four classes (for a long range aircraft) are NH, BA, and JL. In their premium economy, there are footrests!
