I'll lob my guess: dollar based status instead of nights or stays. Second guess would be getting 'credits' to confirm, in advance, upgrades and the elimination of upgrades at the time of check in. There will be some enhancements as well, but there will be some de-enhancements. I have these thoughts because if it were all good and uncomplicated there would be no need to have a conference call to explain it. In the end, you will have to spend more or work harder for your status and perks unless you are in the top X% of their customers. I'm not passing judgment as to whether that is good or bad, but that is my thought. They're not going to just throw out some bones to us...those are the quarterly promos.
