Thank you all for responding. Although I am interested in the typical travel insurance coverage you have mentioned above, what I particularly want is the medical transport and evacuation service offered by Amex under Premium Global Assist (PGA).

I can’t find the link on line, but the agreement Amex sent me stated that:

“C. Medical Transport and Evacuation will be provided, at no cost, to the covered Cardmember or Family Member…”

Also:

“the Covered Person’s entire fare for such trip on that Common Carrier Conveyance has been actually charged to a specific American Express Card account prior to any Injury.”

Well, if what you have said is true, I'd have to get this additional coverage elsewhere. Maybe I will look into this Global Travel Shield that troyb mentioned. Thanks.
